Terms of Service

1. What Saadhan is

Saadhan is a technology platform that lets riders find independent drivers. Saadhan does not provide transport and is not a party to the trip agreement between rider and driver.

2. Fares and payment

The rider and the driver agree the fare in the app before the trip. The rider pays the driver directly, in cash or through the driver's own wallet QR. Saadhan does not collect fares.

3. Fees

Saadhan charges no commission. Use of Saadhan is free during launch. If we introduce a driver subscription in the future, we will announce it in advance in the app.

4. Drivers

Drivers must hold a valid licence for their vehicle category, keep registration, insurance and any route permit valid, and pass Saadhan's verification. Drivers must follow traffic law and the rules of their province.

5. Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, unsafe driving, or misuse of other users' phone numbers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or receive serious reports.

6. Safety

In an emergency use the SOS button to call Nepal Police (100). Report problems in the app or at support@saadhan.com.np.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when we do.
